Fill a highball glass to the top with ice cubes
Place 3 peeled and pitted lychees into a shaker and muddle
Pour 3 oz of pineapple juice, 1 oz of strawberry liqueur and 2 oz of coconut liqueur into the shaker
Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
Finely strain into the highball glass
Garnish with strawberry halves and a mint sprig
