Cocktail recipe

1.

Pour 0.15 oz of Pedro Ximenez sherry, 0.35 oz of white vermouth, 0.35 oz of dry vermouth and 1.5 oz of vodka into a mixing glass

2.

Add 1 dash of Angostura bitters

3.

Fill the glass with ice cubes and stir gently

4.

Strain into a chilled champagne saucer

Garnish with orange zest
