Composition of cocktail:

London dry gin

Honey syrup
0.75 oz

Lemon juice
0.5 oz

Cucumber
1.5 oz

Ice cubes
7 oz
Cocktail recipe
1.
Place 4 cucumber wheels into a shaker

Muddle

Pour in 0.5 oz of lemon juice, 0.75 oz of honey syrup and 2 oz of gin
4.
Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake

Finely strain into a chilled flute glass
6.
Garnish with cucumber wheels on 2 cocktail skewers
