Cocktail recipe

1.

Fill a rocks glass to the top with ice cubes

2.

Place a chili pepper wheel into a shaker and muddle

3.

Add 16 bar spoons of strawberry puree

4.

Pour in 1 oz of quail egg white, 1 oz of lemon juice, 0.75 oz of honey syrup and 2 oz of vodka

5.

Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake thoroughly

6.

Strain into the rocks glass

7.

Garnish with a strawberry and a mint sprig
