Place a quarter of lemon, 2 orange wedges, a rosemary sprig into a shaker and muddle
Pour in 0.5 oz of sugar syrup, 0.5 oz of vanilla syrup and 1.5 oz of gold tequila
Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
Finely strain into a chilled champagne saucer
Garnish with 2 raspberries on a rosemary sprig
