Place 10 mint leaves, a pinch of saffron into a highball glass and muddle
Fill the highball glass to the top with crushed ice
Pour in 0.15 oz of sugar syrup, 0.75 oz of elderflower syrup and 1.5 oz of Scotch whisky
Add 1 dash of peach bitters and 1 dash of orange bitters and stir gently
Top up with crushed ice
Garnish with mint leaves
