Cocktail recipe

1.

Fill a red wine glass to the top with ice cubes

2.

Place 2 orange and 2 pineapple wedges into a shaker and muddle

3.

Pour in 0.5 oz of lemon juice, 0.15 oz of sugar syrup and 1.5 oz of gin

4.

Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake

5.

Finely strain into the red wine glass

6.

Garnish with a chopped pineapple wedge and a pineapple leaf
