Squeeze the juice out of one red bell pepper and 2 slices of ginger root
Pour 0.1 oz of ginger juice, 1 oz of red bell pepper juice, 1 oz of lime kjuice, and 1 oz of quail egg white into a shaker
Add 0.7 oz of gum arabic syrup, 0.3 oz of Aperol, 0.3 oz of green chartreuse, and 2 oz of gold tequila
Shake gently without ice
Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake one more time
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass
