Fill a rocks glass to the top with ice cubes
Place 2 bar spoons of crushed cookie and 1 bar spoon of cocoa powder into a shaker
Pour in 0.5 oz of raspberry syrup, 1 oz of white vermouth and 2 oz of Scotch whisky
Add 1 dash of Angostura bitters
Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
Finely strain into the rocks glass
Garnish with orange zest
