Cocktail recipe

1.

Fill a highball glass to the top with ice cubes

2.

Pour in 0.5 oz of lemon juice, 0.75 oz of maple syrup and 2 oz of Scotch whisky

3.

Top up with apple juice and stir gently

4.

Garnish with an apple wheel
