Fill a highball glass to the top with ice cubes

Place 8 bar spoons of lychee puree into a mixing glass

Pour in 0.35 oz of lime juice and 2 oz of vodka
4.
Fill the glass with ice cubes and stir
5.
Strain into the highball glass

Top up with ginger beer and stir gently

Garnish with a cinnamon stick and a lime wedge
