Composition of cocktail:

Vodka

Simple syrup Monin
0.75 oz

Lemon juice
0.5 oz

Strawberry
0.75 oz

Rhubarb
0.1 oz

Ice cubes
7 oz
Cocktail recipe
1.
Place a strawberry and 1/5 of a chopped rhubarb stalk into a shaker
2.
Add 0.5 oz of lemon juice and muddle
3.
Pour in 0.75 oz of sugar syrup and 1.5 oz of vodka
4.
Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
5.
Finely strain into a chilled cocktail glass
