Cocktail recipe

1.

Place a half of chopped apple, 3 raspberries into a rocks glass and muddle

2.

Fill the rocks glass to the top with crushed ice

3.

Pour in 0.5 oz of lemon juice, 0.75 oz of raspberry syrup and 1.5 oz of vodka

4.

Top up with club soda and stir gently
