Cocktail recipe

1.

Place a half a kiwi, peeled and chopped, and a tarragon sprig into a shaker and muddle

Pour in 0.35 oz of lime juice, 0.5 oz of sugar syrup and 1.75 oz of apple juice

3.

Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake

4.

Pour with ice into a highball glass

Top up with Sprite and stir gently

Garnish with a kiwi wheel and a tarragon sprig
