Cocktail recipe

1.

Place 1 cane sugar cube into a rocks glass, a chopped orange wedge and lemon wedge

2.

Add 1 dash of Angostura bitters and a red Maraschino cherry

3.

Muddle lightly

4.

Fill the rocks glass to the top with crushed ice

5.

Pour in 2 oz of Scotch whisky

6.

Muddle and serve with muddler
