Cocktail recipe

1.

Fill the wine glass with ice cubes

Pour in 0.5 oz of lime juice, 0.25 oz of almond syrup, and 2 oz of homemade portobello-infused vermouth

Add 1 oz of london dry gin and 2 oz of Oloroso sherry, then carefully mix with a bar spoon

4.

Sprinkle on a little bit of crushed ice

Garnish with a thyme sprig, lemongrass, and sesame seeds
