Cocktail recipe

1.

Fill a tiki mug to the top with crushed ice

2.

Pour 1 oz of lemon juice and 2.7 oz of apple juice into a shaker

3.

Add 0.7 oz of gum arabic syrup and 1.7 oz of Scotch whisky

4.

Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake gently

5.

Strain into the tiki mug

6.

Fill to the top with ginger beer

7.

Garnish with a scoop of coconut ice cream in a waffle cone, a mint spring, and cowberries
