Cocktail recipe

1.

Place 2 ginger root wedges, 2 rosemary sprigs into a highball glass and muddle

Fill the highball glass to the top with crushed ice

Pour in 0.5 oz of lemon juice, 0.35 oz of green apple syrup, 0.35 oz of homemade spiced syrup and 1.5 oz of vodka

4.

Top up with Sprite and stir gently

Garnish with an orange wheel, a rosemary sprig and a lemon wedge
