A one-quart pitcher of the chaser is enough to chase 20 tequila shots

Place 5 ginger root wedges, 3 chopped lemon grass stalks into a pitcher and muddle

Pour 1 oz of lime juice, 16.5 oz of coconut milk, 0.5 oz of red Tabasco sauce, 1 oz of Worcestershire sauce and 2.5 oz of soy sauce into the pitcher

Add 3 bar spoons of salt and stir gently

Pour gold tequila and chaser into shot glasses
6.
Drink the tequila and chase with the chaser
