1.
A one-quart pitcher is enough for about 4 highball glasses

Fill the pitcher 2/3 of the way with ice cubes

Place 1 bar spoon of granulated cane sugar into a shaker

Pour in 3 oz of coconut milk, 17.5 oz of pineapple juice and 2.5 oz of green banana syrup
5.
Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
6.
Strain into the pitcher
7.
Top up with pineapple juice and stir gently
8.
Garnish with half a passionfruit
