1.

Place a quarter of a grapefruit into a milk pitcher

Pour in 0.75 oz of honey and 5 oz of dry white wine

Add a cinnamon stick, a vanilla pod and 3 cloves

Stir while heating, but do not bring to a boil

Pour into an Irish coffee glass
