Homemade whey soda with banana

Luke Whearty’s recipe, good for 50 oz: place 18 oz of peeled bananas, 50 oz of ricotta whey, and 9 oz of coconut honey into a plastic bag. Pour in 50 oz of still water and squeezer all the air out of the bag. Keep the bag at room temperature for 2-3 days. Then filter into a separate container. Store in the refrigerator.
