Fill a goblet glass to the top with ice cubes
Place 10 bar spoons of apricot puree into a shaker
Pour in 0.35 oz of lime juice, 05 oz of agave syrup and 1.5 oz of silver tequila
Add a pinch of ground black pepper
Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
Strain into the goblet glass
Garnish with a lime wedge
