Place a slice of a ginger root and a cinnamon stick into a milk pitcher

Pour in 1.5 oz of calvados and 5 oz of apple juice

Stir while heating, but do not bring to a boil

Strain into a cup

Place the cinnamon from the milk pitcher into the cup

Serve with a tartlet, containing a green apple wedge, dried apricots and dried plum covered in honey
