Cocktail recipe

1.

Pour 5 quail egg yolks, 0.75 oz of heavy cream, 0.5 oz of sugar syrup, 0.75 oz of Tawny port and 1 oz of calvados into a shaker

Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake thoroughly

Strain into a chilled sour glass
