Fill the rocks glass to the top with ice cubes
Pour 0.5 oz of lime juice into the shaker
Add 1 dash of liquorice bitters and 1.75 oz of London dry gin
Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake gently
Strain into the rocks glass
Pour 1 oz of chilled espresso into the glass
Place a scoop of vanilla ice cream in the glass
Fill to the top with ginger beer
Garnish with an orchid flower
