Cocktail recipe

1.

Place 12 bar spoons of blackcurrant into a blender

Pour in 0.5 oz of heavy cream, 0.75 oz of maple syrup, 0.75 oz of honey syrup and 1.5 oz of calvados

Add a scoop of crushed ice and blend

Pour into a chilled champagne saucer

Garnish with a mint sprig and a kumquat wedge
