Cocktail recipe

1.

Place a chopped half of an orange wheel, a small chopped lime wedge and one cinnamon stick into an Irish coffee glass

Pour in 1 oz of maple syrup and 2 oz of cognac

Top up with hot assam tea and stir gently

Garnish with a sprig of mint and orange zest
