Cocktail recipe

1.

Place the rocks ice in the champagne saucer

Pour 0.5 oz of homemade Modena cordial and 2 oz of London dry gin into the mixing glass

Fill the glass with ice cubes and carefully mix with a bar spoon

Strain into the champagne saucer
