Chop a quarter of orange, a grapefruit wedge and an apple wedge into fine pieces
Place the fruit into an Irish coffee glass
Pour in 0.5 oz of grenadine syrup, 1 oz of Drambuie and 1 oz of Benedictine
Add 3 cloves and a pinch of ground nutmeg
Top up with hot heather tea and stir gently
Garnish with a fan of apple wedges
