Cocktail recipe

Place 2 cloves into a milk pitcher

Pour in 0.5 oz of lime juice, 4 oz of black tea, 0.75 oz of honey syrup, 0.5 oz of sugar syrup, 1.5 oz of tawny port and 1.5 oz of dark rum

Stir while heating, but do not bring to a boil

Finely strain into a goblet glass

Garnish with a cinnamon stick wrapped in orange zest
