Cocktail recipe

1.

Pour 1 oz of lime juice, 0.75 oz of sugar syrup, 0.15 oz of Maraschino liqueur, 0.5 oz of white rum and 1.5 oz of Batavia arrack into a shaker

Add 2 dashes of Peychaud's bitters

3.

Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake

Finely strain into a chilled cup

Garnish with 2 frozen cherries on a cocktail skewer
