Cocktail recipe

1.

Pour 0.7 oz of agave syrup and 1 oz of red vermouth into a mixing glass

2.

Add 1 dash of Angostura bitters and 2 oz of mezcal

3.

Fill the glass with ice cubes and stir with a bar spoon

4.

Strain into a chilled cocktail glass

5.

Garnish with a Maraschino cherry and serve on a tray
