Place 10 mint leaves, 1 bar spoon of granulated cane sugar into a copper mug and muddle
Fill the mug to the top with crushed ice
Pour in 0.75 oz of maple syrup and 2 oz of Scotch whisky
Add 2 dashes of peach bitters and stir gently
Top up with crushed ice
Garnish with a mint sprig and caster sugar
