Cocktail recipe

1.

Place 3 raspberries into a highball glass and muddle

2.

Add a lemon wheel and fill the highball glass to the top with ice cubes

3.

Pour in 1 oz of lemon juice and 0.75 oz of raspberry syrup

4.

Top up with Sprite and stir gently

5.

Garnish with a mint sprig, a lemon and a lime wheel
