Cocktail recipe

1.

Fill a rocks glass to the top with ice cubes

2.

Place 2 ginger root wedges and 1 pineapple wedge into a shaker

3.

Add 2 bar spoons of granulated sugar and muddle

4.

Pour in 0.5 oz of lime juice, 0.5 oz of yellow apple liqueur, 0.5 oz of Maraschino liqueur and 1.5 oz of white rum

5.

Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake

6.

Finely strain into the rocks glass

7.

Garnish with pineapple leaves
