Composition of cocktail:

London dry gin

Homemade fruit rum
2.5 oz

Coconut flakes
0.15 oz

Cocktail recipe
1.
Make a coconut flake rim for the cocktail glass

Pour 1 oz of homemade smoked oleo into the mixing glass
3.
Add 2.5 oz of homemade fruit rum and 2 oz of London dry gin
4.
Fill the mixing glass with ice cubes and carefully stir with a bar spoon

Strain into the cocktail glass
