Place 5 bar spoons of raspberry puree into a shaker
Pour in 0.5 oz of sugar syrup and 1.5 oz of vanilla vodka
Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
Pour into a chilled cocktail glass
Place 1 bar spoon of cream cheese into a cream whipper
Pour in 0.15 oz of milk and 0.15 oz of still water
Close the cream whipper and froth 3–4 times
Garnish the cocktail with creamy foam from the whipper
