Place chopped zest of a tangerine half into a milk pitcher and muddle
Add the pulp of a tangerine half and muddle
Pour in 5 oz of dry red wine
Add 0.35 oz of honey, lemon zest, two rosemary sprigs, a cinnamon stick and 3 cloves
Stir while heating, but do not bring to a boil
Pour into an Irish coffee glass
Garnish with a tangerine wheel and a sprig of rosemary
