Cocktail recipe

1.

Pour 0.7 oz of lemon juice, 1 oz of apple juice, 1 oz of quail egg white, and 0.3 oz smoked Earl Grey syrup into a shaker

Add 2 dashes of lemon bitters, 0.5 oz of green chartreuse, and 1.5 oz of homemade lemon Earl Grey vodka

Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake gently

Strain into a chilled cocktail glass
