Cocktail recipe

1.

Pour 1 oz of quail egg white, 1 oz of lemon juice, 0.5 oz of sugar syrup and 2 oz of aged bourbon into a shaker

Add 2 bar spoons of cranberry jam with port

Give it a good dry shake

4.

Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake again

Finely strain into a sour glass
