Place an ice sphere into a rocks glass
Place 2 dried apricots, 2 dried plums into a mixing glass and muddle
Pour in 2 oz of dark rum and let infuse for about 1 minute
Add 0.5 oz of sugar syrup and 2 dashes of Angostura bitters
Fill the glass with ice cubes and stir
Strain into the rocks glass
Top up with light beer
Garnish with dried apricots and a piece of dried plum on a cocktail skewer
