Fill a rocks glass to the top with crushed ice
Pour 1 oz of lemon juice, 0.5 oz of lime juice, 0.75 oz of homemade wine syrup and 1 oz of cognac into a shaker
Add 3 dashes of Angostura bitters
Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
Strain into the rocks glass
Top up with champagne and stir gently
Garnish with an orange wheel and a mint sprig
