Juice 2 slices of ginger root
Pour 0.1 oz of ginger juice, 0.75 oz of lemon juice, and 1 oz of coconut syrup into a shaker
Add 2 dashes of homemade nutmeg bitters and 1.75 oz of homemade beet vodka
Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake gently
Strain into a chilled champagne saucer
