Place 4 bar spoons of raspberry jam and 1 bar spoon of cranberries into a milk pitcher
Pour in 5 oz of dry red wine
Add orange and lemon zests, 1 bar spoon of vanilla granulated sugar, 3 cloves and a cinnamon stick
Stir while heating, but do not bring to a boil
Pour into an Irish coffee glass
Serve with a tartlet with dried apricots, dried plum and an apple wedge, dipped in honey
