Cocktail recipe

1.

Pour 5 quail egg yolks, 0.5 oz of sugar syrup, 2 oz of dark beer and 1.5 oz of dark rum into a shaker

Give it a good dry shake

Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake again

4.

Strain into a chilled highball glass

5.

Serve on a saucer with a piece of dark chocolate and ground nutmeg
