Place the rocks ice in the Collins glass
2.
Pour 1 oz of Aperol and 1 oz of maurin quina into the mixing glass
3.
Add 3 dashes of grapefruit bitters and 1 oz of mescal
4.
Fill the glass with ice cubes and carefully mix with a bar spoon
5.
Strain into the glass
6.
Garnish with orange zest
