Fill a rocks glass to the top with ice cubes
Place 2 dried plums, a chopped 1/4 of a green apple into a shaker and muddle
Pour in 0.35 oz of maple syrup and 1.5 oz of Scotch whisky
Add 3 dashes of orange bitters
Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
Finely strain into the rocks glass
Garnish with orange zest and dried plum on a cocktail skewer
