Add 0.3 oz of homemade strawberry shrub, 1 oz of gentian, and 0.7 oz of akvavit

Gently shake without ice

Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake one more time

Strain into the Collins

Fill to the top with Tonic

Garnish with Angostura bitters and frozen strawberry
