Cocktail recipe

1.

Place an ice cube into a rocks glass

2.

Soak a cane sugar cube in 0.75 oz of Amontillado sherry and 2 dashes of Peychaud's bitters in a mixing glass

3.

Add 2 oz of aged cognac

4.

Fill the glass with ice cubes and stir gently

5.

Strain into the rocks glass

6.

Garnish with orange zest
